Here is a picture of where I mounted my fan control switch. As I mentioned before, I removed the console, removed the cigarette lighter, wrapped electrical tape around the switch below the ridge, then pressed it into place.

I have already ordered one yesterday. So I started to look for the fan connector that your unit plugs into? Don't laugh I know it most sound like a stupid question.

I use a Casper switch. Same idea. It works great and causes no problems at all. Just don't forget it on,which would be hard since the fan is pretty loud.

Yes, I have one and used it at the dragstrip to cool the car down in the lanes
Guys, might be a dumb question but does this take away 100% of the automatic control of the fan? So if the car was in the shop or someone else was driving it, and didnt know about the switch, it could overheat. sounds like for daily driving it would be a pain to constantly watch the temp and turn the fan on and off.........or am i missing something
