Nice run. Can you list all your mods please.
I see you managed .3 better than I on the 60' with the same setup. I knew I was doing a terrible job.
Is your 1/8 supposed to be 6.937 instead of 9.937?

Very nice pass, George! Congratulations.
And condolences on the misfortune of the accident; glad you walked away from it.
phantasms, Not quite the same set-up you're running. George previously posted about his Spec stage 5 clutch going in. That's one path to a strong 60'. Aftermarket clutch also gives better hook on the 1-2 and 2-3 because of its stronger clamping power and greater heat tolerance.
Of course, several owners have burned up new aftermarket clutches too. So there is not proven clutch for the LS7 yet. But certainly the stock clutch is not up to a stong launch because it glazes on launches about 3500 and will not accept slip to capture the inertia in the flywheel, the key to a strong leave.

George,
Great, great run and excellent driving! Amazing 60 ft. time. The is the best time I've seen yet with just bolt ons. I was thinking the 315 35 17 would work well, looks like you confirmed it! You also confirmed the car has the potential to be a 10 second car with just bolt ons.
Sorry to hear about the accident, but like other people said, glad nobody was hurt. Hopefully you can find another Z quickly!

I agree with you on the clutch. If a better solution comes out for this clutch, we will some some good improvement in these ETs yet. I can't launch this thing the way I really want to.

Awesome run!! I have not seen any 60' times that good out of a Z. Does your HP Tuners software edit out Traction Management? Are you running QA1 shocks or the stock ones? Stock half shafts?
So sorry to hear about your accident. Main thing is that you're safe. Will they let you unbolt the mods you did to the car? Good luck in finding another Z real soon.

Congrats on an outstanding run. What a flight. Which one of our filters did you use? The 2-Stage Foam or the RACE foam?
Sorry about your mishap. The vette has a very confining atmosphere when you are in an accident. I know. Glad YOU are ok.
