Details of the LS7 problem I was referring to...

It is not an isolated incident either and is not limited to bottom or top end.
That is all I am saying, wait a while and you'll hear what is going on.

Just curious, but they tested this engine on a 24 hour basis several times and never had this problem so I am thinking that someone (not You) do not know what the heck they are talking about. So I will leave it at that....................
