now package hasn't moved from drop off location can u please investigate these I have ordered 3 parts from you and these is making me nervous 😟
Please bear in mind that this is a ground shipment and it may take a few business days for UPS to show updates, as the UPS truck needs to reach their next shipping hub [which will most likely cross through different states before reaching the hub] to have the package scanned in for the next update

ups says they have opened a investigation -- so I guess will see -- ups said it's not normal for a packaged to sit there these long I've order stuff via ups ground everyday for my job these is odd -- ups says you dropped it at a 3rd party drop hub -- I could call them if you could give me the locations name
