New Lower Price! 6000k Low Beam Upgrade **$69.99**
We have had countless requests by forum members to source a reasonably priced low beam replacement bulb to update the OEM HID bulbs in their C6's. As many of you notice, the 4300k HID's that are stock in C6's are not far from the yellow tinted appearance of a halogen bulb. It even becomes more evident when you see them side by side:
Before:
After:
Corvette Mods solution? 100% plug and play replacement bulbs that work off your stock wiring! No modifications whatsoever required.
These replacements are rated at 6000k, which is more of a clean white color over the stock 4300k yellow tinted lows.
You don't need any special skills to perform the swap either!
NEW LOW PRICE $69.99

I'm considering ordering the 8000k low beams and the 55w high beams.
My question: If I go with the brighter setup, is there any modification to the stock wiring, or, are these also plug n play?
A few years back I ordered (different vendor) some HD fog light bulbs, and the wattage increased to the point that the relay in the fuse box overheated, melted the female end inside the fuse box, and the entire box had to be replaced.
Should I stick with the 6000k bulbs to avoid a possible problem?
Thanks.

The ballasts we use won't cause any fuse issues, and the kit is all plug and play.
