I'm sorry if this was asked and answered, but what is the weight compared to the stock hood? Thanks!

We weighed these hoods years ago so I don't recall the weight difference or actual weight but I know it was like 10lbs lighter than oem or close. Thanks.

I didn't weigh them but the CF hood is at least 30 % lighter. When handling the stock hood it is not light versus the carbon fiber hood. The CF hood can easily be carried by one person. So if the stock hood weighs 40 lbs I would guess the carbon fiber weighs maybe 25 lbs.

^^^Thank you! I'm looking for light weight, heat extraction, downforce and aesthetics don't hurt either. The ZR hood is my favorite so far. The ZR2 may extract more heat, but there is just too much going on there for me . I'll check back when I am at this phase in the modding process, unless there is a foreseeable end in sight for this hood style

Yes they do and they are easily changeable if you wanted to add a different style mesh. I will have more of them in stock in about 4 weeks. If you would like to order, let me know these normally sell out before they even arrive in stock.

We weighed it a few years ago but I don't recall the weight. I can tell you it's 8-10lbs lighter than the oem hood though.

Do you have the Carbon H-Design Hood in stock? Do you offer a fitment guarantee?

Also ~ why are the 2 vents in the front sealed? What is in place to prevent rain / car wash water from getting in?
