Default New Product! C6 Retractable Front License Plate Mount

Live in one of those states that require a front plate? Don't want to chance getting a ticket? Then check out our new C6 RETRACTABLE front license plate bracket.

With this retractable plate holder you can hide your ugly front plate within seconds, simply fold it down and stow away. If your on the road just pull it out and flip it up, no more tickets and no more hassle from the authorities. Installation requires just two small holes to be drilled under the front bumper which cannot be seen when/if removed.

Are you aware of anyone that has mounted this unit centered under the front facia instead of the side? I think it would look better there, but would like to know how it looks at the center point.

Thanks!

I did and it looked good, but I had an unfortunate meeting with a piece of tire in the road and lost it.

I actually much prefer the offset position, and am going to be installing my show-n-go this spring. I think that most of the center mounted plates makes the car look buck-toothed.
The product appears to be well made though I am not crazy about having to drill those two holes, the product is by far the best compromise out there for us who are living in a two plate state.........

Very interesting. I wonder if you get stopped if you can say "Oh, it just fell down" and pull it out and get to walk without a ticket?

If you can center it under the front facia, then maybe, but offset it looks like, you know, hell.

Left, Right or Center, you pick!

By the way, we've got 7 more in stock.

Thanks!

I'd only get one of these if it came with a way to make it deploy the mechanism from within the car. Get pulled over...

Officer: Son, you don't have a front license plate.
Me: What?
Officer: Your not displaying a front license plate.
Me: Are you sure? It fell off? Did I hit something? I better check to see if there is any other damage!
Walk around to the front of the car...
Me: What are you talking about officer it's right there!!!
Officer: Hmmmm, my mistake, on your way!

We've got more in stock, ready to ship. These do fit the Z06, but remember that the Z06 sits low already, so you'd need to be careful with parking lot stops.

Default Put mine in the center

I have the license place holder in the center and I like it much better. Don't drive 190 so have no idea what it does but it looks good low and in the center. I did modify the install to increase the distance for the mounting screws to provide it more stability. Had to have a drill anyway. Just changed the mounting holes. I like it below the center area as I have added a chrome grill.
