I have gone over very many posts about the issue I am having. And have replaced the driver side blend door actuator and reset the system by pulling the hvac power fuse for longer then a minute then reinstalling. I currently have center console apart and can watch the blend doors complete their limit tests but the issue still remains.

Froen pressure is perfect, I have the dual zone system in my 2005 corvette. I'm getting 88 degree air out of driver side and 48 degrees out of passenger side

I believe there is a temperature sensor in each side vent. It could be that your driver side sensor is faulty.

Not being familiar with the workings of the C6 A/C system, and you have already replaced the blend door, ^^^ seems like a viable solution to your problem. You know that the A/C system is working, 48* out of the passenger side so there is something not working correctly on the drivers side between the blend door and the outlet vent.

My bets are on your hvac control module. I am having issues similar with mine as well, was going to pull it out and check all the soldering inside it.

My 2011 daily driver here in Florida just started this same issue. If I find out what is causing my driver side to be much warmer than my passenger side, I'll post the outcome here.
