If you want to quieten it down a bit, look into switching to NPP exhaust system with a Mild to Wild switch. The NPP system came out in 2008 as an option. I installed it and an X pipe on my '05 shortly after I got it back in 2008. Being able to switch to a muffled exhaust when travelling on trips is a real ear saver. The NPP system bolted right up to my '05 with no cutting or welding involved.
