Default Is it my Transmission or Rear Diff?

So guys I have a 2005 with a manual trans and today when I was leaving my house my car was shuddering and would not accelerate. Eventually it would catch and pick up speed but after every shift it would do the same thing in each gear. I'm pretty sure that it's the transmission but just wanted to get you guys opinion. If it is the transmission could this be a result of it needing a flush or is it too far gone.

Are you certain it's not a driveability problem/engine miss/tune up issue?

it’s possible but I got a tune up when I had my clutch installed. I guess I can check just to rule that out to be sure.

Did it throw a code?

Check that a spark plug wire did not come off the coil pack or the spark plug.

No codes. I will check the spark plugs and wires tomorrow. Thanks!

Engine RPMs? If they go down when this happens, it is the engine. If they do not than it is in the drive train.
