Default Is my harmonic balancer bad?

Just bought an '06 base coupe with around 96000km/59651mi. I've uploaded a video of my car. Was looking for a second opinion to see if it's time to be replaced.

Yup. That wobble is indicative of a bad balancer.

It's on it's way out. The next stage is the belt chirp and that is when you will have to replace it. Mine was just like yours in the video for a while, it started the belt chirp and I knew it was time. There are a ton of good replacements, I used one bought from O'reilly's auto parts along with an ARP bolt bought online. This HB was ~ $225 and I installed it myself.

I have a 2006 with 153Km or close to 100,000 miles, and my harmonic balancer has had a similar wobble since the car was new.
I have no chirp and the belts are staying on the pulleys, so no worries so far.
Not all HB's with the slight wobble are going to lose their bond from inner to outer.
The best way to tell if it's starting to shift is measuring on the face to assure that the inner and outer lips are even.

Looks like it. I just replaced mine which looked exactly the same as yours. 30k miles on my '08. I've got all the specialty tools for the job let me know if you do it yourself.

Mine has the same slight wobble since new. I'm not worried about it yet.

My 2008 had a slight wobble which became worse and caused belt chirp. I replaced it with an ATI HB and all is good. It's only a matter of time before you will have to replace it. If you plan on keeping the car, then replace and be done with it. To answer your question: Yes!
