Default RPM | 500whp N/A LS2 C6 | Pics & Video

A customer brought us his 2006 LS2 C6 to get a bit more power out of it, however he wanted to keep the drivability as close to factory as possible.

The car was pretty much stock except for a Hooker ehxuast, and put down a modest 359whp and 372tq baseline.

Obviously we don't want to give too much information about our cam specs, but I will tell you we didn't do anything crazy, a fairly mild cam 23x/23x, Advanced Inductions ported stock 243 heads, 1 7/8" American Racing long tubes with high flow cats, MSD intake manifold, Vararam VR-SC1 air intake and ATI 10% underdrive pulley and the car picked up some serious power with a very nice flat torque curve.

Overall we were really impressed with the numbers and even though we typically do Fast intakes on LS2 cars, we were pleased with the outcome on the MSD.

We will have video of the Pulls and discussing it more in our next online episode that will be up tomorrow. I will post it in this thread once its up.

Did you have Advanced Induction order the cam for you and have it system matched (heads milled based on their cam doctor results)?

Did you use the standard 226cc port program?

Are you willing to give the amount of overlap in the cam?

Not to hijack, but what is your average price for a cam install? It's an 05 base.
