To these all around heat control:

Laminated stainless wire mesh to enhance overall strength/prevention of large trash from ingress, laminated two types of under hood heat shield, fabricated aluminum shield for shielding element to damage exposed alternator wiring and such.

I really like that hood,they say highly recommend hood pins,what did you use,and where did you get the heat resistant liner on the hood.

Hood is designed for using all stock latching components. Mounting was straight forward, alignment took no more than 5 minutes, it is a testament to how well made the hood is.

I bought the first thin heat reflective shield from Amazon and the top more rigid shield from a web four wheel drive speciality shop(also cheaper w/free shipping) because Amazon won't send that to Hawaii.

Do you remember what modEl they call the hood looks like Anderson may be maker now,also was heat sheild stick on.

Sorry, don't remember the model.

Both layer heat shield are stick on, but I applied two part clear epoxy resin on the seam of each layer to further enhance adhesion to the hood for resistance to heat stress that might cause failure to the base adhesive.
