Default Has anyone heard of these people; Faster Proms and Jeremy Formato

Photos and information posted did not involve FASTERPROMS, the information given to me by the original Chevy Dealership was sketchy and did not provide any other vendors who may have worked on the GS. Therefore, I retract any and all negative statements I may have made or implied concerning work performed by FASTERPROMS, apparently some other persons did the work that was pictured in my original thread.

Dude...this is horrible!!!!
Whoever did this is a butcher!!!!
Save=a=vette and let the world know. When good people hire idiots and there is no quality control this happens. document everything and take it back and demand a refund. Then go to a recommended shop by a forum member from your area that i'm sure is gonna chime in soon.

Unfortunately, I am the 3rd owner and I will never go back to them.

Default Attempt to fix

I had one of the best Corvette tuners in the country work on this car three days and it runs great except for the Aeromotive Fuel System which was installed by these surgeons.

Under hood connections & wiring was a abomination too

So, it may have been tampered with by others after they worked on it, not sure it is an indication of their work.

Believe me, no one had it long enough to work on it. It sat in a Chevy Dealers showroom for 2 years (from what I was told) before it was sold, then went thru 2 quick ownership's. What is shown is the original install.

Holy Crap! That's the worst I've seen in a while! The good news is that you now know why your fuel system never worked properly!!
Man, you have had some bad luck with that car!
But, I'm thinking that is going to be one bitchin ride soon, when you get all the bugs out!
How's that new converter working, BTW?

Better yet, if this mess is for a Boost A pump, take a good look for a relay that they should be pulling the power for BAP from the battery directly (the cars OEM pump power wire is only used to control the relay to send power to the BAP directly from the battery, and not power directly to the BAP since it too small in gauge).

I don't know him personally nor have I used his shop, but he is reputedly a VERY good tuner in Florida. I have heard he builds some fast camaros and vettes.

My .02,

Tim

Didn't know FL was that big! You're right; you are just about as far from him as one can get---420 miles. Sure does look sloppy.

I have no experience with them, but since the work was not done under your ownership, you can't be sure that shop did it.
