Default LMR Cam Only LS3 C6 makes 511rwhp!

Just got it off the dyno. Car is a base model c6 corvette. we added our Slayer Package with an optional Fast 102 intake, and the gains were insane!

Enjoy!

I wonder how much will this cam make without the fast intake and throttle body?

Its a stock throttle body. It would probably make high 490's maybe 500 without the fast intake.

Can you give us any info on the driveability of this cam? I get stuck in traffic on a daily basis and I do like to cruise in 6th gear sometimes .

Thanks and if you'd rather PM info that is OK by me.

Our tuner (Steven fereday, the owner) Said this cam drives "Perfect!" Said he cruised it in 6th gear for a while and loved it.

As far as package price our Slayer package goes for $6999.99 includes the following

-Cold Air Induction Sysetm
-Stainless Steel 1 7/8 stainless steel headers with catted X-pipe
-MSD Spark Plug Wires
-NGK Spark Plugs
-160* Thermostat
-Underdrive Pulley Kit
-LMR Custom grind cam shaft kit
-All bolts/gaskets fluids included
-Professionally Installed
-Custom Dyno Tune

This customer added a fast 102 intake manifold to that above package.

What are the specs on this camshaft (or is that a trade secret?). Is this cam/package available for a DIY install?
What's the recommended idle RPM?
Do you have a baseline run on the same dyno? (I'm assuming that you do as you say the gains were insane?) If so, can you say what were the HP/TQ gains over the stock/baseline setup (or post up the stock/baseline dyno sheet)?

Lots of guys running cams on stock convertors...........most of the driving issues can be remedied with a pro tune. Convertor replacement isn't necessary unless you're going extreme.

BTW! The paint looks perfect on that customers car being four years old. He has kept it up well.

With this cam, It would not work. IT would push through the factory converter at a stop light.

Yes you can run cams with stock converters and we have, but they need to be made for that. We have quite a few that do that. but this exact cam would not work well with a factory converter.
