FUEL PUMP (gurgle)
Install new fuel pump, no pressure just a gurgle in the tank, install new pump and float driver side, install new float and sending unit in passenger side, what would cause the gurgle, is there a leak in the piping

Yep, sounds like the cross over tube isn't seated correctly or one of the lines came off.
