08 Z51 6mn, am thinking of removing my Zo6 bi modes, and replacing with something with some bark, was looking at Corsa Sport, over extreme, because it is 3" and thats what i need, or the B&B PRT.
apparently, prt has no drone, and i know Corsa doesn't, had Extreme on my C5 with headers n cam, and was awesome, drone is what is most important for me, especially if i take a 2000 mi. road trip, around town, no matter, but i don t want to head out and in 100 miles have my head pounding. searched the forums and found a few things out, but one can t get enough opinions.
any opinions would be welcome.

I know this isn't apples to apples, but I had corsa sports on my 05 with long tubes (and stock setup before) and I never heard any drone.

From what I'm reading I think you should try the muffler mod on the z06 cans first. It may get you where you want to be.

i was thinking of the muff mod, but decided against it, if i cut them up and don t like it, they will be worthless to sell, right now, they are worth $500. cut up maybe 100 or less

I would go with Corsa Sport I have them on my 07 Z and there great zero drone. And before the Corsa's I had B&B PRT's and let me tell you they do drone ! And I got rid of them and installed the Corsa Sport system

interesting, a vendor on here, and Borla told me definately no drone with the PRT.
do you get the neighbours jumping when you step on the go pedal ? little louder than the bi mode / npp ?

The Corsa's are quite loud at idle when when you step on it but at cuzing speeds are as quiet as the stock system

hmmm..aren't prt made by b&b and not borla? typo or did I miss something? I also heard the prt doesn't drone.

lol yes, typo,, doing too much research on Borla and Corsica, got a new one in the mix now.

b&b prt. is the 3rd one. i like the Corsa, but not for 500 beans more.

right on, i m thinking that too. but may not be vocal enough, but on the other hand, can slip it into stealth mode.

Why not do headers with the existing BiModes? You'll gain sound and power instead of just sound for all the money you're going to spend on new axlebacks
