Wow, tough to read with no punctuation...probably better to make it easy to read for someone trying to help.
You won't necessarily hear the pump as it won't make noise if there is fuel pressure. Have you attached a fuel pressure gauge to the rail on the engine? This would be my first test. You can leave it there and watch it whenever the car acts strange. I would also check voltage back at the pump. This kind of thing really requires the Service Manual for its' wiring diagrams.

If the car 'turns on' but won't start and you don't have any fuel pressure, it would almost seem as simple as a fuse being blown, or the car is in a security lock down. The anti-theft system should not let the pump come on.

you Said getting good voltage, what is? the pump? or the harness? You need to have teh correct voltage at the pump harness. If nothing else, try jumping the pump off with 12 volts while someone cranks the car and see what happens. that will at least tell you there is Nothing wrong with the pump itself. Just the voltage going to the pump. That right there will drastically lower the amount of issues you could have..

I'm not sure if you replaced the fuel pump. If you didn't you should, the motor is probably on it's way out. One thing you can try , try banging the gas tank a few times with your hand This might jar the brushes on the motor. Bang the tank while the pump is priming the fuel rail (this is during the first three seconds of cranking the engine only) Good luck!
