Default OE front tire wear

My 2010 C6 has 25000 miles on it. The two OE front tires seem to be below minimum tread depth and need to be replaced. The rear tires are fine and have plenty of tread left. Is this normal or did the front tires wear out prematurely? Alignment problems?

25k on original front tires it pretty darn good, generally speaking.

Are they worn evenly across the tread or more inside or outside edge?

If it were me, I'd be happy and just replace them, but I know I'm not you.

I will just replace them and have the alignment checked. Looking around the internet I am happy after reading how long others got on their front tires it seems about 24600 is about average much less on Z06.

I suspect the inside edge are worn out first, but if you have even wear across, you are probably OK on your alignment.

I'm going to get close to 40k out of my fronts for this set of tires, I have a 2011 GS with Bridgestone Potenza RFs on it now. They are wearing very evenly, they have about 34k on them now, and over 5/32 of tread depth.

I got close to 30k out of the rears, just put a 2nd set on a couple weeks ago.

Bump, I have Goodyear all season runflats all around and the fronts have worn out while the backs have another couple thousand miles in them. I'm replacing the front this week, and I'm debating if I should just tape up the rear quarter panels and burn through those rears in one night. Doesn't seem safe to have Michelin PSS up front and junk all season run flats on the back.

I would not put on two different brands of tires, especially two different styles of tires on a C6.

I can even tell a driving difference with brand new rears and half worn fronts of the same identical tires on mine.....

However, you will be surprised on much burnouts your rears can take, you will have to really work to wear them out in one evening
