Default Horse power numbers

Hey guys. Ok I got my package together. I want to know how many horsepower I can expect from the mods below. The car is an 06 ls2 with the six speed manual. The mods are as follows. Stage 2 ported ls3 heads, all new valve train from comp cam, set of kooks 1 3/4 inch headers with offroad x pipe, corsa sport exhaust, and the cam is 54-469-11 from comp cam. Please guys any estimates would be appreciated.

450-460rwhp. I'm basically running same mods on my LS2, haven't done heads yet, 428rwhp. Consider a Fast 102 intake. They really wake up the LS2. That's next on my list, then heads. Should get me close to 500.

I dont think he can run the fast, he has LS3 heads, with the stage 2 heads in the 490 heads ported

What intake could he run? Stock? Ported stock? But if he can't run a Fast 102 for an LS2 w/LS3 heads can he run the stock LS2 intake w/LS3 heads? Seems if all is well running stock LS2 intake w/LS3 heads you should be able to run LS2 Fast? Idk, I'm learning something here.

I have been planning all of this for a year now and "typically" on the low side 440rwhp and on the high side 460+/- with TQ in the @ 425 range.

once you put the LS3 heads on you have to use an LS3 intake

So I have to buy a ls3 intake as well now. It's funny my shop didn't tell me that. He has installed this setup on many corvettes in the past he said.

So do I have to install a ls3 intake or will my ls2 stock intake be ok with the stage 2 ls3 heads???

You need an LS3 intake, the ports don't match...The LS2 ports are cathedral style. Bottom left are LS3 heads, bottom right are LS2 heads

as stated you have to run a LS3 intake, no question about it, you should be around 460 to 475 range and your torque should be around 420 to 440 rwtq not sure the specs on the cam with out looking but that these numbers will be real close. Don't waste your money on a fast you will have a ls3 intake which is decent.

LS3 intake and fuel rails or even better, a Fast 102 if your heads can peak flow at the right cam point.

You need to flow the heads to see what the peak CFM point is, then you know how much lift you need.

Ok so besides the stuff I mentioned above what else will I need to make this work for sure. My tuner is a 12 hour drive plus an 8 hour ferry ride. When I get there I want everything to be right I don't want to get there and be missing something. So I need the ls3 intake that's no problem I can pick one up pretty cheap. Do I bed the fuel rails or not??? Is there anything else I'm missing guys. Please any help here will be greatly appreciated I don't want to miss anything. Thanks.

I'm sorry if i mislead you, the rails are the same but I believe the Fuel injector height difference is the real issue.

You can use spacers I'm pretty sure

Also, I would replace the Crank Damper/ harmonic Balancer, timing chain too

All thats left to stay close to stock is have Peak Speed port your intake and Throttle body and add headers or a Z06 exhaust manifold and cats

I added ported Intake and TB, Headers, catted X-pipe, catback, Honker CAI and a mail order tuner and the core woke up substantially, probably from 335 or so RWHP to 390RWHP, maybe more with a dyno tune. the car halls now.
