Default Valve Seal gap?

I'm doing a Katech 116 cam swap ,with all new seals valves etc everything Katech . I've installed the cam already. I'm doing the TDC method of putting the valves on. What is the proper gap with the new seats to the seals? It's on a c6 z06

Given that different valve seals have different heights, it's been my experience that there's no preset measurement for the gap. When you go to tap them onto the heads you'll notice that the sound changes when they're down far enough.

Thanks for the info. But should it be on tight enough so the seat does not move?

No, the springs will keep the seat in place.
