Default Steering wheel posistion sensor ??

Hey guys I installed a cam and intake in my car a few months back and ever since I have had active handling and abs lights on ... While doing the install we pulled the steering rack out and we were not careful to keep the steering shaft in the same posistion.. Codes are steering wheel posistion sensor I've read it's from not keeping them both in the same posistion .. Can this sensor be reset or do I need to install a new one if so what are the procedures to setting the new sensor up??? Thanks for any help with this guys!!!

It has been written here that when the rack is changed or removed the steering has to be sync'd with the computer again, probably with a Tech II. I have no personal experience with it, just passing on what I've seen here.
