I will be changing out brake fluid, diff fluid, and tranny fluid. Was wondering how much was needed per and which fluid you guys prefer. Thanks

Any decent brand of DOT 3 brake fluid is fine. Do not let the reservoir go dry at any time.
I can't suggest for the trans.
Unless you're experiencing chattering in the dif, don't bother changing it for another 50-100K. If you do get chatter, then use 2 quarts of the latest fluid at the dealer that has the correct amount of friction modifier already included.

the reason for changing everything is im the 6th owner and i have no clue how anyone else prior to me drove the car. it wont hurt anything to give her clean fluids

AFAIK diff takes around 3 qts of 75W90 with LSD modifier. Most of the people here swear on the OEM stuff but other stuff of comparable mixture is fine. I am using MOTUL full synt stuff.
For the tranny it is around 5 qts of ATF Dexron III stuff. The brand is up to the owners taste.-You can either go the OEM route as well or use some Royal Purple, Castrol or or or as long as the spec above is maintained.
But in order to get the correct filling it is important to:
1. drain both liquids
2. Fill in the new oils until it driples out of the filling holes
3. Have the rear wheels in the air
4. start the car, go into gear and let it run with spinning wheels for a minute or so
5. add oil until it driples out again and THEN you are all set.

If you skip step 3 and 4 you have filled in too less.

Regarding brake fluid:
I know in the States DOT3 is still very popular, so basically this is fine for a street driven car. However if you are going to a x-auto or similar event from time to time I would consider flipping it against DOT4 or (like I have) DOT 5.1
fluid.
DO NOT USE DOT5 since it is not compatible with the other three types!
