Options Button On The DIC?
2006 coupe 3LT nothing happens when you push the options button. It doesn't matter which fob. You can't set the options for the lights, alarm, door locking, etc. Nothing happens when pushed. Does something need to be reset?

It doesn't matter what number is engraved on the fob. If the fob you're using was programmed for the car as fob #3 or fob #4, neither of those fob numbers has access to memory options.

You most likely need to reprogram the fobs to the car using the long program. If your fobs are numbered 1 and 2 make sure you program #1 first or it will become #2 despite what the label on the fob indicates.
