Slip fit collector = exhaust leaks down the road

Easy choice IMO...

Default Jet-Hot

I know Pfadt headers are T-304 Stainless Steel, but after many heat cycles they eventually turn bluish in color and/or rust a little, so has anyone Jet-Hot coated their Pfadt headers?

Not the Pfadt's but I jet hot coated my Kooks on my 2005. After many years, they still looked brand new the day I sold my Corvette.

Go with the Kooks and you will not be sorry. As some people have already stated we make our headers right here in North Carolina. We also offer a lifetime warranty on our headers and have been making headers since 1962. Give us or one of our dealers on this site a call to get a set for your car.

Thanks

I've been racing since 1965 (yup I'm OLD) and now have an 05 (A4) and put KOOKS on right after I bought the car (used in 2007) and it picked up 2 full tenths in the 1/4 with JUST the KOOKS HEADERS... best mod for the $$

have not priced out the Kooks yet but leaning toward ARH. have them on my Jeep SRT8 and they are awesome. but I don't know Kooks was giving out a free t-shirt in May so maybe that will sway me.

I have KOOKS and would buy them AGAIN even if they weren't giving away ANYTHING.. and were $25 more then some of the other brands.. The FIT on my 05 (A4) was perfect, and the quality is tops !

When I'm ready for another set of headers its a "no brainier" KOOKS by far is my choice !!

My question would be which one sits up higher under the front frame cause I hate hitting my B&B headers on the damn speed bumps. No catalytic's btw. Pfadt looks great! I'm sold but how low does yours sit?

Default Dynatech

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Dynatech. They are manufactured in the hooser state. And no, I don't work for them.

Good choice. You will not be disappointed. Borla builds them to spec for LG so you know they are going to be done right.
