Default Rocker Savers?

My 2006 coupe I just bought has rocker savers installed under the car. Do I use them to jack my car up for oil change? Thanks....

Are they "hockey pucks" or some other device? Short answer would be yes if they are installed in correct position.

I think he's talking about something like these:

As for using them to jack on, I wouldn't. Just use the shipping slot locations directly on the frame, 4 points, use jacking pucks or just the saddle of a floor jack if it fits directly.
