The engine is not making the numbers it should be making. I would like to know what other people are getting out of their stroked LS3 engines. this will help me figure out what about my combo is off.

depending on the day, weather, angle of the moon, and amount of shade on the tires it can go from 505-515RWHP. I know the tune is pretty good because I have had it looked at by different people, but could it be an issue, hech I dont know. I have HPtuner and I scan the car all the time and I know my AFR because I have a wide band on the car.
The engine runs great and 80% of the world would say good deal but thats not me. The combo is off a little and with the correct tweaking it sound wake up.

My 416 has been a disappointment as well. I've changed out the cam, last spring I had the heads flowed. So I've different heads on it now, just going to upgrade the Yella Terra's with new version. Also will swap out the ID 1000's for LS9 injector's, re tune & hit the dyno again.

I also have a 416 making 450whp on a mustang dyno nothing impressive, sleeper cam 230/234 602 602 117 lsa, stock intake. 10.4 1/4 on hp leaving off idle with a 1.41 60ft. You are making 500-515whp through a 3800 stalled auto! I would be happy take it to the track run in the 10s. Your setup in a m6 car would make 525-540whp all day. Nothing to worry about.

505-515 thru an auto and OEM heads sounds about right assuming a mild compression ratio. Depending on the weight of the car, the MPH looks about right as well. There are lots of things that you can do to make more power but they usually come with a sacrifice. Easiest thing would be to raise the compression by milling the heads down then switch to E85 and throw a bunch of timing at it. Same can be done with race gas. You could also port the heads or get a better flowing set from the after market. Lots of ways to skin the cat.
