WOW these headers are works of art!!!
Just wish they were 1-7/8 instead of 1-3/4 as I would debate replacing my American Racing headers!
I did see a great improvement in the power band and 20 more peak HP on the FI corvette Lethal Performance tested with a set of your headers vs. the American Racing though but I am NA.

Hand welded with a rotational fixture.... That is awesome. Looks perfect, truly pieces of art. Great to see they are paying a person for their skill to weld vs machines.

Wow, these are just amazing welds! I swear you guys are doing this on a programmable calibrated laser-guided TIG on a turn-table.....they are just too consistent for a human to do that! You should also have an option of having them Jet-Hot coated, just an idea.
Anyway, when I get my Grand Sport, I'm getting your headers! Glad technology continues to improve....great stuff!

Right now there are no coating options, you can get them coated on your own. Because of the consistency of the bends, use of 304 grade stainless steel, they keep a consistent temperature throughout all of the tubes/bends. Coating is always a nice option for some looks, but I like the raw "bronzey" color of the stainless steel when these suckers warm up for the first time.

That's great craftsmanship especially if done by a person. You have to use the cleanest, best quality materials, and obviously be a good TIG welder, to make beads like that. I have seen exhaust welding on Corvettes that literally looks like someone smeared oatmeal on the joints. Not the case here.
