Hi kfede1,
First off, thank you for your business.
I'm am sorry you are disappointed.
We always like customer feed back good or bad to help us improve our products.

How many pull ties did you get in your kit?
Can you post a picture of how they are to short? We have not seen or heard
anything about that out of over 1000 sold.
Did you follow the instructional video that shows how much glue to use and explains that it expands? Here is the link. http://hstrial-saccitycorvette.homes...ion-Video.html
When we first started selling the C6 glue on Fangs a couple customers let us know that the kit could use more sand paper. So we add more and did hear anything else.
When did you get your Fangs?

Thank you for your input.

Christian

Received 0 pull ties.

Picture will have to wait for a bit, I am not going to put in on the lift for a while.

Installed with video playing on my phone. The reason I thought I was short was that I put less on than described in the video and ran out.

I don't need more sand paper, just a piece that was big enough to get a good hold on.

Got the kit directly from you guys.

I thought the same thing about the glue. There's not enough to cover everywhere the instructions say to cover but I guess it doesn't matter since they won't fall off using what's there.

Hi kfede1,
Sorry you didn't receive the quick ties. Some how it must have gotten over looked when the kit was put together. We would have ship them right out to you if you would have let us know.
I'm not sure about the glue, we haven't had any complaints about there not being enough. It the same amount we glued ours on with. We will look more into it though. We appreciate your input on our products so we can improve on them.
Thank you,

Christian

Thank you also EVRose for your input. You and kfede1 seem to agree there is not enough glue, so we will be looking into it. We have been selling the glue on Fangs for over a year with the small tubes of glue and this is the first we herd that there is not enough glue. Don't forget the glue swells 3 times the amount. Anyway thank you and we will check it out.

The C6 lower radiator support is aluminum so its especially fragile.

Fangs from SacCityCorvette provide the best possible protection available for your front skid Plates/Lower Radiator support on your C5/C6 Corvette.

Hi bdickey058: They protect the factory skid plates and most likely it won't protect the carbon fiber lip because it usually hits first.
Thank you
