I'm sure eveyone knows this or has already done this but I finally got araound to it today. To solve the windblown flappy cargo shade issue I went to my local hardware store and bought a 3 foot 7/16" steel rod and slid it through the bottom of the shade. A 4 ft rod would work as well.
