Ive had my borla stingers on my c6 for almost 5 years now. They sound awesome, but they are too loud all the time. I've tried a few things to quiet the drone or loudness but its just still too loud.

Ive been looking an exhaust thats quiet around town/under 3000 RPM but loud and rumbly like the borla stingers when I get on it.

Question A:
To those of you who bought B & B Fusions, can this exhaust be quiet around town and borla loud under WOT?

Question B:
There is a controller(link below) that allows one to set the rpm which the exhaust valves open and close, how well do these valves work against drone. Iam thinking that if the valves are close at cruising speed I shouldnt have any drone. Can anyone confirm this?

Did you look into the Block It that TKO Performance sells? Many folks, including myself, have had great results.
