Can you have a complete LS7 unit balanced before sending to a customer? Do you offer a lighter flywheel with your LS7 clutches?

Our units are balanced, we do not offer the aluminum flywheel for reasons that I cant post on here, but if you call me I'll be glad to explain...

my brother put in an order with you guys for his GTO and seems like he is getting ignored
