Default How to: Ls2 and zo6 mild to wild switch

I searched but came up empty handed. Does anybody know where a good write up is to install a hardwires mild to wild switch to control actuators on a z06 exhaust installed on a base c6?

I have a 05 3lt non npp car that never came with actuators but I'm installing a z06 exhaust that has the actuators amd I would like to be able to control them by the flick of a switch manually

Sorry, I thought you were asking about the hand held control units. That's the way they're installed on mine.

I have the Sunset Orange Creations DIC controlled exhaust switch on my LS2 with Z06 exhaust. It works with a push of the DIC reset button and will remember the last state it was in on start up. Install was easy.

So how did you hook up the actuators? I'm assuming your car already had npp?

The car did not come with an NPP. Everything I needed came with the kit.

Ok, but i read the description 5 times it is not actually for a car without NPP. It plugs into the fuse under the dash and runs an on off switch to that fuse. I could do that for 15 bucks. I need a vacum controller.
