If it does in fact have 570rwhp it should be capable of low 10s at almost 140mph in the 1/4 mile in good air conditions.
Maybe mid-high 10s at 136mph this time of year in NC.
Now, whether or not the clutch, the track prep and most importantly the driver can support it are entirely different factors altogether.

If the track has an East/West orientation with the finish at the West end, you may have a chance of a high nine, today only, with the help of Irene.
Otherwise, what Marc said.

I agree with the above. Completely depends on your track and DA. I have 2 passes in my car at a little over 600rwhp in my LS3 with stock exhaust and stock cam, and ran a 10.5 and 10.6. If I had 15-20 passes in the car, I'm sure I could have been around a 10.2-10.3 area. I would expect the larger 427 to run similar with slightly less hp.
We have a very fast track here in Houston, but you might be lucky to get in 2-3 passes a night and the street cars destroy to the prep. What track in NC are you running at? Track prep is so key, and if you get a chance for a track rental, take it!

If you concentrate on launching the car and not worrying about the other car, you will learn a lot quicker, have faster times, and will probably be more happy at the end of the night.
Have fun!

Absolutely. Do not race the car next to you. Let them go a few seconds ahead of you, and then concentrate on what you are doing on your launch.

Factor in better air and 10.4s (even a 10.3?) are possible as well.
Even a high 10 (10.98) in a bone stock C6 Z06.
And how about 10.7s with only the addition of drag radials.

I'm always impressed at how hard the LS7 NA cars run and the trap speeds. Great job.

I would have a smaller more realistic goal each time out and you will likely shed et quicker. Enjoy the car.
