Track wheels for Z06 18" or 19" rears?
I am looking to buy a set of track wheels for my 07 z06. I noticed if I drop down to an 18" dia. rear wheel I will have more choices in DOT slicks. I like the BF Goodrich R1's and they are not avaliable in 19". One concern I have is the slightly differant dia between the stock 325 30 19 and a 335 30 18 Will this be enough to mess up the traction control system?

Go with 18's. You have many more choices in tires including the ability to get good condition scrubs at a fraction of the price of a new set of Hoosier A6's. If you are just doing track days, you'll never notice the difference.
BTW, I've never had problems with traction control.

I've got 18" rears with R6s for HPDEs, no issues. And the R6s have phenominal traction. Scrubs can be found for about 100 per tire + shipping.

Overall wheel / tire dia must be close to the same as stock otherwise you may get TC issues. For 18s all around, that will mean taller sidewalls on the rear than the front, which may mean the car has a tendency to "settle" in corners.

That said, I have LG coilovers with appropriate spring rates all around so my suspension is much stiffer than stock.
BTW, I've never had a TC issue due to tire size.
