We offer the hood in one of two styles:

Beautiful Hood! Does this hood come bolt-on ready, no body work/paint required? Any data to support the heat extraction properties of this hood? Just wondering how much this hood helps in red'ucing IAT's. I know it will help but to what extent? I am a big fan of this hood. While I"m not ready to pull the trigger on a purchase today, perhaps in the early spring.

The race cars, when we used this type of hood, also used an intake very similar to the Carbon Super Ram I posted earlier as well, which is going to do most, if not all of the IAT temp reduction because it seals the incoming air to the engine from any other heat sources.
The hood is there to pull out hot under hood air, making the radiator more efficient at it's job as well as removing built up pressure reducing lift on the nose of the car. In some cases a good louvered hood such as this can make as much, if not more than a splitter on creating negative lift on the nose
