Glad you are liking the power, Chris

It's just funny that G Force are claiming our Mayhem II is their cam on LS1 Tech

Awesome results. Did you have a ported stock intake prior to the FAST 102?

No the heads are not ported.the only porting i have is on the Fast 102 intake.heads were milled to 58cc,thats all that was done to the heads.Thank yall all for the compliments.i just wanted to show the stages of the mods to share with yall.the car runs amazing and im really enjoying how i can now rev the car to 7k rpms.i do love these heads but in all honesty i really do believe the cam i have played a big role.i strongly considered the AFR 230 v2's but i kept being reminded of 1 thing, the TF 225's are proven. Thanks guys and i'll be adding meth soon so i'll be sure to post results from that as well..Meth is a must for this beautiful Texas weather

Default Another nasty LS2.

Congrats. Another LS2 hits over 500rwhp. You are correct the TFS 225's are proven along with the FAST 102 PORTED. I got 507 RWHP/ 461 RWTQ
with 59.5 CC TFS & PORTED FAST 102. There must be some magic in the
England Green mayhem Cam. They have been turning out some pretty wild
Cars at E.G. How does it drive at low speeds and cruise at 1500 RPM ?.
Thanks to Joe G for helping to get that Dyno on the Forum. He has been a
great help to many of our members. Congrats again and a well done to the
Folks at England Green.

Chris, your TFS's are not ported? Are you going to go with a NW102 TB? What MAF are you running, the LS2 85?

Thanks man..the cam does great at low rpm's.dont get me wrong, the cam is a monster and the car does shake hard at a complete stop but i love it.yes the TF heads are the best in my opinion but i give alot of credit to England Greens Mayhem 2 cam.i really like the combo and im glad i chose the TF 225's over the AFR 230's.

Joe G. Thank you for contributing once again to the forum..ive learned alot from you, spinmonster, and many others on the CF...

Chris and Leon - thanks for the kind words! I have received so much from this forum, it's my pleasure to help out if I can.

At your power level I would think you would see a benefit from the 102 TB and particularly the blade type MAF. Do you have a HP Tuners scan of your run? If so, was your MAP reading starting to drop at the top of the run?

England Green will have expert advice on this. But I'd bet you'd see a few ponies from it. Now worth the cost? That's another question. The MAF isn't too bad, just the sensor, a harness and some tuning. But that Williams TB is a pricey, though beautiful, piece. Personally I'd put in the MAF but not the TB.

In not sure about the hp tuners scan?im not clear on what that is? As far as TB and MAF,i'll upgrade in april or may when i put a stroker shortblock in.for now i am gonna put a zr1 clutch and take it to the track to see what it can do.after the track i'll have meth installed,im curious to see exactly how much hp/tq i'll get out of my h/c/i setup with methanol..chris

Sounds good! Stephen and Gabe did a great job on my meth kit and install. You can stop by tomorrow to watch it get dynoed with the exhaust cam, and you can check out the new cage and meth kit. I'll be in town sometime in the afternoon tomorrow.

Default Gears

Chris, Do you perhaps have 4.10 Gears ?. Your car will feel like it picked up another 50 Rw. Just something to consider. The Clutch you mentioned
is your best next move. After 450 RW the Clutch just wont hold up in the 05- 07 MN6 which prevented me from tracking the Car. The only exception that I know is Joe. G. I think he has like 500 runs on the old ls2 Clutch and
finally made it into the 10's. Good luck on all your future mods. Leon
