Default Borla Cat-Back Just installed loss of Torque. Help

Hello everyone. I just had the borla stingers cat-back installed on my 2008 corvette a6. I soon as the mechanic turned it over to me I stepped on it and I can feel a significant power loss especially on the low end. only cat-back no borla x-pipe. Sounds amazing, It was just installed yesterday. Please give me your input thanks.

Your best bet is to get the car professionaly tuned. The PCM will adjust itself for a few hundred miles. Generally, with less back pressure, you may loose some low end torque, and gain some more power up top.

Yes I think I read something about that. Now how about tuning with a predator? And I also feel it was shifting kinda funny.

is the exhaust touching or rubbing any part of the drivetrain, sometimes it can cause false knock and the ecu will pull timing, (loss of torque)

I'm going to double check but I don't think so.

Give it a few miles or turn overs of the key (start button). The computer has to learn the new parameters. I have programmed some old obdII computers and they take a few key cycles to learn the new parameters. With the new ls stuff I have not experimented with. So it might be quicker.
Just give it a chance to learn your style of driving. Especially if you disconnected the battery. Doesn't change then you need a program change.
