What's the reason why the these lifters can't work with LS3 motors. I have a LS2 motor with a LS3 topend.

I have a couple of questions concerning these rockers. Is the rocker arm body a CNC aluminum piece? And question #2 - I have Billet Custom Products valve covers - and just for peace of mind before I place an order - will these rockers fit without any fitment problems? TIA

All things equal, in a cammed car, will the Scorpion 1.7s make more power? Or is it just a better than stock replacement piece for valvetrain insurance?

Thanks

How much for 1.8 ratio for LS3? What is the open and seat pressure on the Lunati springs?

And just to be clear, I don't need a new pushrod length with the rockers?

Will these rockers in 1.8 ratio clear the valve covers on a stock 98 ls1 with the perimeter bolt valve cover and stock cam?
Thanks, Titan

My stockers have a good amount of play in them so I need to do something. I'm torn between getting these and doing the trunion upgrade in mine. The benefit of these is that if I change to an aftermarket casting head, roller tips are required due to the bronze valve guides so I'd already have them.

Would 1.7 increase power in a LS2 or would it do nothing. I'm not planning on putting in a cam either. I see the question was asked, but never answered. I was searching on roller rocker stuff and didn't see much. Without modding the valve covers either.
