Default Phoenix Systems Brake Bleeder???? C6-Z06

I was just watching a speed channel show where they were hawking the "Phoenix Systems" brake bleeder. Supposedly it forces air up to the master cylinder. I, myself, have used a "Powerbleeder" for several years. The Powerbleeder forces the fluid down from the master cylinder to the bleed screw, which is presumably at the highest point in the caliper. Now, since the crossover tube on C6-Z06 calipers is quite low on the caliper, how does the Phoenix Systems pressurized system force the air down through the crossover tube to bleed the outer side of the caliper? Unless the inner side of the caliper has the banjo bolt at the very top of the caliper, (which is where I think the bleed screw is) do you not have pretty much the same issue there???
