Default ZO6 H Pipes from 06-013 are they all the same?

I,m currently in the process of buying all the hardware that I need to update my 08 LS3 w autotrans, exhaust system with ZO6 exhaust components. My Mechanic suggest the last item I need to purchase is a H pipe but I need to know if All the ZO6 exhaust H pipes from 06-013 are the same? And are the ZR1 and the ZO6 H pipes the same pipe?
Thanks again Boonie.

They are not. I think 06-10 are the same. 11 switched to an x-pipe and 12/13 got an extra set of cats which made the x-pipe shorter.

In addition, due to changes in the flange on the main cats and mid-pipe unique to the Z cars...

- You must use the 2006-2011 main cats with the 2006-2010 or the 2011 mid pipe
- You must use 2012 or 2013 main cats if you chose to use the 2012 or 2013 mid pipe.

2009-2011 ZR1 mid pipes are the same as the 2011 Z06 mid pipe
2012-2013 ZR1 mid pipes are the same as the 2012-2013 Z06 mid pipe

Bottom line.....Determine what year main cats you have and buy a mid-pipe accordingly. The X seems to be preferred, but an H will work just fine if you have 2006-2011 main cats.

I didn't know the 2009-2011 ZR1 mid pipes are the same as the 2011 Z06 mid pipe. Good info! So they are both "X" pipes without cats?

"X" pipe vs "H" pipe differences is that "H" pipe has a deeper tone. No significant HP gains, correct?

Thank you very much. Question: with the price difference between a use H pipe and a Corsa new X pipe at $150.00 would I be better off just buying a new pipe?

Sacramento, California. I visited a recycle yard Friday and was quoted a price of $400.00 for a used H pipe and Ebay has new Corsa X pipes for $440. H pipes on Ebay are selling for $195-$300 but you have to pay almost $100 for shipping, where as the Corsa X pipe comes with FREE shipping. so what do you think?

I think a local forum member would sell you one for $50 if you had a little time to search.
