Four hours to bolt in? How many bolts we talking about? Is the idea that mating pieces have to welded in, and that is what you bolt into?

Four bolts on the bottom front braceand 3 on the back brace. Very little loss of seat travel. More pics are up on our sie with install pics.

Wow, dammit.... How come I missed this thread when it was originally posted.

Ernie, this is going to make quite a few of us happy.

I checked your website..... cool....

Does it come with full illustrated install instructions?
Can it accommodate a racing harness/belt (5 point) ?

Thanks

Gary

There is a tab on the bar for the shoulder belts. For the lap and sub you would need to buy or lap bar bracket. Yes it comes with instructions. Easy bolt on and a must for any conv planning on going to the track.

I'm sorry, I can't tell from the photos, what do the shoulder belts bolt to? Are they properly aligned with the seat, or at a common point, or ???

Does this bolt to frame, or just against body panels?

I am definitely interested!

If you are on our website the second from the bottom picture shows the shoulder belts bolted to a tab welded on the roll bar at the center point behind the seat.

Ernie,
how do we order?

I can't get anywhere from your website.
Isn't there an on-line order system?

Or do I have to do it via telephone?

Will the top raise and lower with the roll bar in place, or does it have to be removed first?

Based on the video clip on their (BPP) site, the top DOES raise and lower
with no action required regarding the bar.

That would be crazy to have to keep the top down to use the roll bar... Yes the top goes up and down with no issues. You can see it in action in the video.

Default Group buy option?

This would be a great group buy. How about a special price for a specificed number of orders?

I applaud your efforts to make a convertible roll bar. It Looks like an interesting design. How tall is the person in the video? Will this work with a 6' tall person? It looks like it is low and quite far forward. If the seat is most of the way back will your head be under the bar or able to hit it in an accident? Also, isn't that section of the floor made of balsa? Is it structurally strong enough to support and upside down corvette?

THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

there are so many events and races, I wanted to run my car in, and could not, well, without the threat of being thrown out, everytime i run ***** out..

THIS IS A GOOD DAY!

next question, think we could add some swing out side bars to this, make it a six point?
