DIC voltage reads 11.9 volts.
12 volts is High enough to start the car.

11.9 isn't, mine wouldn't even click with 11.9

11.9 or 12 might get an engine to crank over but in this case, it isn't happening...probably because there isn't enough juice to run the electronics which in turn engage the various relays for security and such to result in the starter solenoid from being switched on. For the C-5's and I'm sure here on the C-6's, you need a fully charged battery to make it go. I would think the OP could simply jump the car to see if this was the cause or not. If it started, problem figured out.

Default C6 Starting issues

So did you get to the bottom of your issue? Mine has been starting to act up lately. Checked the battery & it checks out fine. Checked the charging system & it's fine. Cleaned the connections & it did fine for about a week, but yesterday it wouldn't crank over again & although it is a good workout, I am getting a little tired of push starting it. Downhill is one thing, but had to push it uphill to get it to level ground yesterday & really didn't enjoy that.

try the clutch switch. mine did not start last saturday, so searched posts on here and tried the crank relay loosen/retighten = nope, battery reset = nope, then tried jumping the clutch switch and it started right up.

remove the clutch switch (it's the small rectangular black plastic box at the end of the clutch pedal travel with a button that gets pressed by the clutch pedal). just push "up" on the switch box and it will come off.

undo the connector that locks into the switch box (i had to use a small screwdriver to depress the locking piece of the connector).

set aside the switch box.

jump/short the connector wire side. i used a paper clip with the 2 points of the paper clip stuck into each side of the connector.

try starting the car. if it starts, then you have a worn out clutch switch. just get a new one and put it back in reverse order.

diagnosed saturday night and worried since dealer parts don't open til monday, but found replacement part at autozone. $7+tax and lifetime warranty on it!
