Default 2007 Corvette LG Street Series with G6X3 **456RWHP**

Hi guys,

Just finished up a 2007 C6 today after installing our G6X3 cam package.

The car arrived to us with our LG Street Series headers, high flow cats, VaraRam cold air induction, and Corsa sport mufflers. The car put down a very respectable 391 rwhp as delivered with above modifications.

Always wanting more HP we then installed our G6X3 camshaft package, and under drive pulley. Finishing off the package with our own professional install and dyno tune.

We now have is a gain of 65.2 RWHP and 35 RWTQ!!

456RWHP and 425 RWTQ, that is C6Z numbers for very little effort or cost!

Call us today to learn more about our popular line of headers and camshafts! Packages available for install or mail order!

I did not get a chance to catch a clip of the sound of the car, but I did get a picture from him.

I do have some idle clips from other cars that have the G6X3 cam installed.

415rwtq at 4000rpms. Not many L92 head cars get anywhere near that. These are stock heads.

Awesome job and the low end TQ is amazing and its not even your better header.

I also think its a near best for a cam only LS2. Am I correct? As usual Louis Jr's cam design seems to be a great pick.

Anthony,

How would the G6X1 power/torque compare to the G6X3?

I have not yet tried an G6X1 in a LS2 car, comparatively in the LS3 there is roughly a 20hp difference between the two. Torque would not be as high as what the X3 is making, as that was one of the goals for the G6X3 was to increase mid range torque in the LS3 setup, which is just amplified in the LS2.

Default Have never looked into a cam for 07 zo6

Must be honest, dont know MUCH about cams.
So far ive got ar headers, halltech intake with the possibility having the engine tuned.
What manufacterer SHOULD i start with?
Dont want anything tooo aggresive so i can hear myself. Something mild.
Question, is a cam install good for road racing or drag racing,
i use my 07 bomb for mostly road racing.
Appreciate your help.

Hi Anthony,

I'm thinking of installing G6x3 cam on my 05 c6 Mn6 z51, and i sent to your company several e-mails regarding this Cam, the proplem is that: i live far away from USA ( Kuwait in the Middle east) and i wanted to order the Cam from your company but the problem is that as your company said ( the Cam #'s are top secret and we can't give it to you), so i can't tuned my car without the Cam #'s, can you give me a sulotion ?????

Camshafts should be chosen based on what you are doing with the car and what kind of results you would like.

We have always tried to focus on the total RPM range of the engine and the most power 'under the curve' as a road race car needs power over a much broader range than that of a drag racer setup.

I would be more than happy to help in any way that I can to direct you to a number of different setups.
