Just like the title says...if you are gonna mod the car...how far will you take it? I love these threads because they help us understand customers better.

I bought mine in Jan. and planned to keep it stock except for Corsas, except for Corsas and a Killer Bee, except for Corsas a Killer Bee and Lg headers,Katech Torquer, P & P'd TB and intake and the Katech "beauty package". Rediculous!!! All I need now are lifters, springs & retainers and some Katech valve covers and I have everything I need to do it. All in 8 months. Once again Rediculous. Understand that because it makes no sense!

On a side note, I need to get my headers coated. Do you know of anyone in the area?

I honestly think it's a never ending cycle. My other car is 6+ years old and I just modded it again today. I have coilovers ready to install on the Vette, did the widebooty rear, will be purchasing wheels and tires soon and then I'll be after some big brakes. Then I'll probably do sway bars and start on the powerplant. The Vette will be just like my other car. Even if I wanted to sell it, the loss I'd take just kills me too much to do it. I have three vehicles right now and nobody else drives them. I am a bit wacko.

Heavy internal mods. Always H/C package, gears, exhaust. No forced induction or power adders for me. 500rwhp with 3.90 or 4.10 gears is deadly..

Light appearance mods is ok.

I am close to the end. Next up is a wide body and more DS Vette leather. I think that may be it....

No appearance mods, but the drivetrain mods are numerous. You don't have that as an option in your poll. I like the appearance as is. It just needs to be much faster and more fun to drive.

I do a lot of under the hood appearance mods typically. On my Camaro I added some minor performance mods but I'm going a little nuts with my Corvette. At 1400 miles it will already have a Callaway Honker, 160 T-stat, LT headers, Thermal tunnnel plate, full dyno tune. I'm already thinking 4.10's next then the big SC vs H/C decision. I already have done up under the hood with body colored FRC's. Intake plenum cover, Stainless alt cover and fuse box cover, M2W switch, MGW shifter, Painted Z06 spoiler, painted door handles, painted A pillar, seat armour and pipe dreams splash guards. It will not end until after the SC or H/C are complete. Then I'll probably be bored and move on. It's just my personality.

I started with your package Kook's 1 3/4's,& Vararam now I'm going with a A&A Vortech set up. Don't see adding anything more power wise
now it will keeping it on the ground.

Started out thinking stock was enough... Exhaust was too quiet so I got GHLs... Got a Pioneer AVIC D3 somewhere along the way... Then I realized my old C5Z06 was faster, so headers, cai thermostat and tune went in... Then tires... GHL droned too much so I got Corsas... Didn't like the Corsas so now I'm going with Z06 mufflers... 395 RWHP wasn't cutting it either so I got the A&A supercharger kit... We'll see were that takes me.

This has been the trend with every vehicle I've owned... First I add TONS of power until it starts to become unreliable/difficult to drive... Then I'll do brakes, swaybars, coilovers, etc... Then some interior mods and exterior mods..
