Has anyone had any problem with their C6 Glass tops? Mine squeaks and has a cracking sound even over very small changes in the road conditions. It really is very annoying for a car of this price range to sound like this.

I found on my 2008 does the same thing but after a few miles it disppears.

I think GM is actually creating a bulletin on this.

i did the 5/32 e-clip mod on both my roofs,, its been a week with over 400 miles,, silence is bliss!!!!

Thank you very much- If this works you saved me big bucks- I was starting to think I would need to upgrade to a fixed top ZO6 to get this stopped...on second thought that still might be a good reason to upgrade.

Thanks for your help-the pictures made this very easy. I tried the 5/32 clip yesterday and went for a 10 mile run over some of the bumpiest roads in my area and it was 55 degrees out. Not a squeak or a pop- I can't believe this roller is the culprit- would have never checked it. I hope I'm not jinxing myself. Don't know how you diagnosed it, but my hat's off to you!
