Unitrax did the gears on my 08, as well as the built Quaif setup in my 98! They are a national distributor, and a top notch organization to deal with.

They are the front 11 inch CCWs from my road race setup for my Supercharged C5. They will work for my 98 or 08!!

I disagree with you on the 4.10's. With those tires properly heated the 4.10's will only help on the launch. You should be able to cut 1.5x's regularly with a clutch.
Also, the 4.10 won't hurt you down the track(provided traction) even with your trans gearing and tires.
You shouldn't need to short shift either, that will only slow you down.
Be happy to chat about it anytime if your searching for the best et.
1.5's on an IRS car??? LOL.......Slicked down w/ full drag suspension, not a chance of 1.5's on DR's AND STOCK SUSPENSION! Just passing by....I have an IRS car with Lakewood 50/50's and I see 1.7's....with 507 rwhp...11.81@119mph

not so good numbers for those 60fts..I'm turning mid 1.8 60fts on street tires and hitting 11.3's at over 124mph, naturally aspirated and stock cubic inch.

Could you possibly be any more wrong about this?

How about 1.3s on DRs and a stock suspension?
Yes, Mike R's (Stealth99C5) Cartek Racing turbo C5 on M/T DRs in size 255-50-16, 1.36 sixty foot over a year ago.
1.5s on DRs and stock suspension have been achieved NUMEROUS times already.
Not to mention the list of 1.4s that have been cut on M/T ET Streets (DOT legal) in stock suspension Corvettes.

Researching first, then posting, it's a beautiful concept.

Vettes are quite a bit lighter - my best bolt on was 11.81@119 with 386 rwhp.

Here's a high 1.4. My buddy here gets 1.4's and 1.5's all day long.

you need to keep on passing through.......

here's a 1.51 60ft with nothing done to the suspension. 3.90 gears and ccw et streets. I have HUNDREDS of passes in modular 32V mustangs and some even in a 2V mustang....they can hook well, but it takes much more concentrated effort on the suspension parts to get into the zone the C5 and C6 cars can hit with stock suspension.

this was with "only" 405rwhp....but a 6200rpm release
