Default 07 6 Spd Non Z51 Stock Dyno #s

I dont have a way of posting the graph, but the numbers were as follows

Stock- 340.54 RWHP, 346.42 RWTQ

After Tuning 353.01 RWHP, 353.4 RWTQ

Car has 1000 Miles

This is with 18" CCW 505A wheels, with BFG drag radials (345-30-18).

Going to have Z06 Stock wheels on it, probably will gain a few HP with that, since the CCW's are very heavy.

Just bought the car from Jason at Texas Speed and performance in Lubbock, Tx.

Good numbers but I think you are mistaken if you think you will gain horsepower by switching to lighter wheels. It may make your car a bit quicker but hp ?

I have an 07 6 spd WITH Z51 and was 353/357 stock at 450 miles, so we're both in the ball park.

Right where you should be, you may gain a little more stock hp over the next few thousand miles too. Mine did 342rwhp, and 346rwhp with a Halltech Stinger back in Nov 06. Made a couple changes since that time

On a Dynojet chassis dyno, you will see an increase in RWHP if you use lighter tires/wheels or smaller diameter tires/wheels. Most all Dynojets are inertia type dynos, so the same thing that makes you quicker down the 1/4 (less inertia), will show up on the Dynojet as in increase in RWHP. There are many variables that affect RWHP...even tire pressure. Try doing a dyno run with the tires at 20 PSI then at 50 PSI, you'll be surprised at the difference.

That's why it's important to note as many variables when doing a dyno run as possible for comparing one dyno run to a subsequent one. It's also why RWHP numbers are all over the place and shouldn't be taken too seriously.

I will be taking it to the original dyno that I used on my other car to get an apples to apples comparison. Each dyno will dyno differently. The main thing I was looking for is how much it started with, and how much it ended with. 13RWHP on a completely stock car is about right for a tune. (I got 12 on my other car from the tune).

1/4 Mile times will be coming in a couple of weeks!, that is where we will see if it is really producing the power!

Anyone wanna guess my times?

My pick will be 12.3's consistently with a 12.2 mixed in.
