I did the FAST there are numerous threads on the subject especially in the last 6 months with dyno graphs. I thought it was worth it while others do not. The main gain is in the midrange and if you have one ported its even better. Most likely you will have to decide on stock ported vs stock FAST vs ported FAST. Its up to you as the data is on this site and the factor is money vs gains.

Ported stock LS2 intake manifold; 10? RWHP
$300 exchange from a Forum vendor.
Fast intake manifold; 20+ RWHP (ported add 5 HP to total 25RWHP?)
Best price I've seen $900 PLUS you have to modify the firewall, injectors and fuel rails.
$1200? unported, $1450? ported.

I bought mine for ~725 new, porting was 200, kit came with all the seals and bolts, MAP relocation kit from Lingenfelter was another ~70 and others have said you can extend the wires on the car long enough to mount the sensor on the back of the intake instead of the front.
I did the labor except the porting. It was not too hard but with the help of the forum and LS2 portworks instruction it went much easier.
Fuel rail kit is optional as is the firewall kit (think its good just for the aluminum block that goes where the wiper mount it cut however not worth the $), cutting the firewall is not an option unless you buy from LG who sells the modified intake and I dont know those prices.
Spinmonster started a good thread last week in regards to the FAST with dyno graph and lots of view points on the subject.

I saw a 16rwhp dyno gain from the FAST, but absoultly no track or hwy performance gains that I could notice, other than a hollow sound coming from under the hood and more engine noise. I had stock heads at that point and have since realized that most of the folks who see the best gains from a FAST also have AFR or other aftermarket heads.

Halltech C6 (LS2) Killer Bee™ AAIS Conversion Package C6 LS2
Halltech C6 (LS2) Killer Bee™ AAIS C6 2005-2007(The 2008 C6 LS3 does not require the wire harness or MAF recalibration) This exclusive conversion package allows the new style LS7/LS3 MAF sensor to be used in conjunction with the older 2005-2007 C6 base car* This is quite literally a plug and play setup for those wanting LS3 Killer Bee™ AAIS performance for their LS2. This setup WORKS and we have 4 on the road with over 6,000 miles on them. You can expect 13 to 15 RWHP from the Killer Bee™ AAIS vs. the GM stock restrictive induction. * Halltech's Killer Bee™ Ambient Air Induction System REQUIRES ECM tuning on the 05, 06, and 07 C6, to run the new Hitachi MAF meter. The Halltech emailTUNE to change this code is free from Halltech. Complete Performance Tuning is optional, but can be done at the same time.
