I think you can get this from the dealer but I don't have any part numbers to share with you. There may be other sources as well, but I'd start by checking with your dealer.

Rear Z51 Seal Kit 88967282
Front Seal Kit 12530686
(front kit is C5, its a little cheaper, but physically the same.)

If I were rebuilding stock brake calipers, I would install DRM's stainless steel caliper pistons along with new seals. It would also be a good time to install spindle cooling ducts.

Ill call Aaron and find out.

Sorry to bump such an old thread but I've got a couple of questions.
What exactly is included in GM's rebuild kit? What's the difference between the normal kit and the Z51 kit? I thought they brakes were the same. And to rebuild the caliper are any other additional parts required?
I'm a newb when it comes to rebuilding the things, I've just installed them in the past and the only reason I'm rebuilding them now is because I'm pretty sure my powdercoater got some material inside of them which is causing them to stick occasionally.

rebuild kit includes new seals, dust boots, boots for the sliding pins and bolts for the sliding pins, plus some assembly lube and grease for the pin holes.
He should have disassembled them, but if he didn't they should still be ok. I would start by disassembling and cleaning the parts. If the seals aren't scored from blasting media, you can reuse them. The dust boots should be fine.

Z51 has slightlydifferent sized rear caliper pistons so would require a different kit number. Fronts are all the same. If your powdercoater did not disasssemble the calipers to do the baking you might have some seal issues....dunno. I took mine apart when I did that job.

Here is a couple videos that I did to help guys install our pistons. It should help with standard emails also.
Yes the air hose got fixed and is leaking again. About every year we have to fix them up
